How to get your reservation

In order to get your reservation you may call us (Mon to Fri 9:00am-12:00am, 2:30pm-5:00pm)

Once you choose your activity and you fix the date, you will receive a confirmation form you should send us back signed.

You may contact our Administrative Office for any question concerning our activities.

Clarifications

Any change in your reservation should be communicated to our Administrative Office by phone and by email or fax.

In case of cancellation please contact our Administrative Office by phone and sending, by email, the cancellation form you find here (IT)

Cancellation should be made at least 7 days before the fixed date, on the contrary the Museum may reserve the right to issue a lump-sum compensation invoice to the school of 50 euros.
