National Consortium for cellulose-based packaging recovery and recycling, it has been in charge for 30 years of rationalisation, organisation and promotion of paper and cardboard recycling. In 30 years Italy has become more conscious of environmental preservation and resources: separate collection has increased, the percentage of recycling and recovery passed from 37% in 1998 to 90%, which means that 9 every 10 cellulose packages are now recycled.
